The Korean Tourism Organisation Thailand presents "Miso Show", a Korean performing arts showcase featuring Korean culture in its traditional form at The Mall Bang Kapi on Saturday at 4pm. The show is part of "The Mall Korea Delight 2012", which runs until June 27.
The show tells love stories for each season and covers people's way of life during each, for example, a young couple's courtship and a harvest celebration. The story is conveyed through movement and dance and is accompanied by traditional music and pansori singing. Besides the rare cultural performance, there are Korean cosmetics, travel packages from various agencies and food from famous restaurants available at the Event Hall, ground floor.
The cosmetics brands include Etude House, Dr Jart+, Holika Holika, Tony Moly and Karmart. Korean food lovers will enjoy fried chicken from BonChon Chicken, authentic Korean dishes from Kim Ju, Korean tea from Herb Story and cake from Uleesikpum.
The atmosphere of the fair is inspired by the famous 236.7m-tall Seoul Tower in the Korean capital.
Admission to the Miso Show is free. Call 02-310-1846.
